Einstein’s Optical is looking for a fashion-forward, outgoing, and customer-focused Eyewear Consultant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a retail environment, has a passion for style and trends, and enjoys helping people look and feel their best. As an Eyewear Consultant, you will combine product knowledge, styling expertise, and exceptional customer service to create an outstanding in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a welcoming, high-energy, and personalized customer experience
- Assist clients in selecting eyewear that complements their face shape, lifestyle, and personal style
- Stay up to date on current eyewear trends, brands, and lens technologies
- Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and features to meet their visual needs
- Handle fittings, adjustments, and minor repairs to ensure optimal comfort and fit
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom
- Support merchandising efforts and product displays
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals
- Uphold company standards and represent the Einstein’s Optical brand professionally
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or optical experience is an asset (but not required)
- Strong sense of style and passion for fashion
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and technologies
