Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their Edmonton team.

About the Opportunity
As the Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of specialized construction projects with a strong focus on cold storage and food processing facilities. Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams, you will manage project execution, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle construction project delivery from pre-construction through closeout
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and execution plans
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams
- Oversee contract administration, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Ensure projects meet safety, regulatory, and quality standards, including food-grade and temperature-controlled facility requirements
- Monitor project financial performance and maintain cost control measures
- Maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders
- Identify risks and implement solutions to avoid delays or budget impacts
- Support project teams to ensure smooth coordination and successful execution
What You Bring
- Minimum 7+ years of construction project management experience
- Strong experience in industrial, food processing, cold storage, refrigeration, or specialized commercial construction
- Demonstrated success managing complex and fast-paced construction projects
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing, building systems, and temperature-controlled environments
- Strong financial management, budgeting, and contract administration skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining project performance
