About the Role
As a Lawn Care & Property Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality services to residential and commercial properties. Our work includes a wide range of outdoor and property care services, and no two days are exactly the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Lawn cutting using zero-turn ride-on mowers and other equipment
- Spring and fall cleanups (debris removal, yard preparation, leaf clearing)
- Dethatching, vacuuming, and core aeration
- Lawn fertilization applications
- Window washing
- Junk removal and site cleanups
- General property maintenance and upkeep
- Safely operating a truck and trailer to transport equipment between job sites
- Maintaining equipment and ensuring work is completed efficiently and professionally
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience operating zero-turn mowers and lawn care equipment
- Comfortable driving with a truck and trailer
- Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Good time management and reliability
- Physically capable of handling outdoor labor in varying conditions
- Valid driver’s license (clean record preferred)
