Duties

Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial services in a manufacturing environment ONLY
- 10 years of experience
- CPA
- Strong background in negotiation, sales support, and customer service excellence
- Exceptional mathematical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing finance teams
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
