We are hiring a Cellphone Repair Technician / Sales Associate for our cellphone repair and accessories kiosk, Mobile Care Kiosk located in the Shoppers mall, Brandon, MB.
This position is a great opportunity for someone with retail sales experience who is interested in cellphone repairs. Experience in cellphone repairs would be preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate must be very punctual, dependable, responsible, and customer-focused. We are looking for someone who wants a long-term position and can help manage the kiosk with care and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with cellphone accessories and repair inquiries
- Selling phones, accessories and pre-paid services
- Performing basic cellphone repairs like screen, battery and charging port replacements.
- Keep detailed records of repairs performed and parts used
- Stay updated on the latest mobile device technologies, operating system updates, and repair techniques
- Handling daily kiosk responsibilities with care and accountability
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety protocols are followed during repairs
- Providing very friendly and honest customer service
Requirements:
- Previous cellphone repair/retail sales experience preferred
- Strong interest in performing cellphone repairs
- Must be very punctual, dependable, and responsible
- Excellent customer service and retail sales skills to assist customers professionally
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be available weekdays and/or weekends
- Looking for someone to associate with us in a long-term position
- Must be very consistent with attendance and availability

Immediate start.
Pay:
Would be discussed and offered on the qualifying candidate’s experience and merit basis. (Hourly wage + Commission on repairs performed)
