Job Summary
Are you an experienced, high-performing line cook looking to step into leadership? We are a vibrant, active kitchen seeking a Kitchen Coach—a hands-on kitchen leader who is ready to take the next step.
At our restaurant, a Kitchen Coach acts as the Head Chef’s right hand and a supervisor on the floor. Think of this as a "Junior Sous Chef" role. You will run the floor, handle the essential daily footwork of kitchen operations, and mentor the team. For the right candidate, this role is a direct pipeline to a Sous Chef promotion.
If you have a knack for leadership, show strong initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to invest in your growth.
