Property Partners Contracting is expanding into the Comox Valley, and we're looking for a skilled, dependable Tradesman/Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.
If you're someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can work independently, we'd like to hear from you.
No two days are the same. One day you may be completing apartment turnovers, the next repairing drywall, painting a hallway, assisting with flood restoration, or performing general building maintenance.
Responsibilities
- General property maintenance
- Drywall installation and repairs
- Interior painting
- Exterior painting
- Trim and finishing carpentry
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Minor electrical repairs (within qualification)
- Flooring installation and repairs
- Cabinet and door adjustments
- Lock and hardware replacement
- Appliance installation
- Pressure washing
- Gutter cleaning
- Exterior maintenance
- Apartment turnovers
- Common area repairs
- Flood remediation support
- Moisture monitoring
- Demolition and rebuilding following water damage
- Material pickups
- Site cleanup
- Communicating professionally with tenants and property managers
- Completing digital work orders and taking before-and-after photos
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance, renovation, or construction experience
- Strong drywall and painting skills
- Experience with general carpentry
- Comfortable troubleshooting a variety of repair issues
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working on ladders
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract
- Reliable transportation to the shop or assigned meeting location
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Overtime available
- Occasional evening or weekend emergency work (optional or scheduled)
Pay: $24.00-$32.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
