We offer a dynamic and collaborative workplace with a great opportunity to learn and grow. We are seeking a full-time Customer Care Specialist to join our Saskatoon, Saskatchewan team.
What does this role involve?
We are looking for someone who speaks English fluently (French would be a bonus), is extremely organized, detailed oriented, and has the ability to multi-task. Assisting customers with inquiries; you must have an attitude of "how can I ensure this interaction ends with the customer feeling extremely satisfied."
You will be responsible for answering a multi-line telephone and email system, coding and processing orders, and communicating with our sales reps and customers (all over North America) to ensure order accuracy.

What you need:
· Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. French would be an asset
·Must possess accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
· Possess the ability to prioritize and manage multiple ongoing tasks with outstanding attention to detail
· Strive to develop strong and sustainable customer relationships
·Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
·Experience using CRM platforms, chat tools, or customer support software is an asset
· High organizational skills, reliability, and integrity
· Excel in a busy and sometimes stressful environment
· The ability to problem-solve, think critically and use proper judgement
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma required; College diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· At least two-years of customer service experience in an office setting
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
· Experience in Odoo or other order management software is an asset
· Sales experience is an asset
· Experience in the electrical industry is a bonus
