IWI Consulting Group has spent over 20 years helping Canadian businesses replace outdated accounting systems with modern cloud ERP, Sage Intacct, Sage X3, and Acumatica. Our clients are CFOs and finance leaders at nonprofits, manufacturers, distributors, and construction companies across Canada who are done fighting with legacy software and ready to make a change.
We're growing, and we need someone to help us fill the pipeline.
As our Appointment Setter, your job is simple on paper and hard in practice: get the right people on the phone, qualify them, and book meetings for our sales team. You'll be the first voice prospects hear from IWI, and the reason deals get started.
What You'll Be Doing
- Cold calling CFOs, VPs of Finance, and Executive Directors at Canadian companies
- Running email and LinkedIn outreach sequences to targeted prospect lists
- Qualifying leads and booking discovery calls for our closers
- Logging every activity in HubSpot and keeping your pipeline airtight
- Researching accounts, identifying buying signals, and personalizing your outreach
- Sitting in on sales calls to understand the full cycle and accelerate your development
This is an outbound role. You will be making calls every day. If that's what you're looking for, this is the right seat.

Experience in sales is a plus. Familiarity with HubSpot or any CRM is a plus. Knowledge of ERP or accounting software is a plus. None of it is required. We train the right people.
