Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Food Production Specialist to join our manufacturing team. This role involves ensuring the efficient and safe production of food products in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and manufacturing processes. The Food Production Specialist will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality standards and supporting continuous production operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Preparing various pasta products, pastries, and granules
- Preparing and working with ingredients according to recipes
- Operating and monitoring ovens and processing equipment
- Ensuring quality and hygiene standards
- Checking raw materials and inventory levels
- Assisting in the development of new products
- Cleaning production and work equipment
- Packaging and filling finished products
Your Profile
- Completed training as a baker or comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience
- Manual dexterity and a passion for the art of baking
- Proficiency in working with various types of dough, ingredients, and baking methods
- A reliable, meticulous, and independent work ethic
- A sense of responsibility and flexibility in handling a variety of tasks
- Strong commitment to quality and high standards regarding the freshness, taste, and presentation of products
- Enjoyment of hands-on work and a passion for high-quality baked goods
- Ability to work well in a team and an open, collegial personality
- Willingness to adhere to and implement all hygiene, quality, and safety standards
- Solid knowledge and experience in operating technical equipment
- Creativity and interest in the further development of existing products as well as in the implementation of new recipe ideas
- Physical fitness and stamina for work in the production area, involving a combination of standing, walking, and heavy lifting
- Customer-oriented mindset and an understanding of the importance of high-quality products
- A passion for organic quality and healthy nutrition
- Ability to learn and willingness to develop professionally
