Most physios who want to specialize in pediatrics end up in a hospital with a packed caseload, or a general clinic where kids are 20% of their day.
MyBaby is neither.
We are Toronto's leading craniosacral therapy clinic for babies and children. Our calendars are consistently full, families drive from as far as Sudbury to see us, and we are growing. We are adding a pediatric physiotherapist to a team that already includes CST practitioners, IBCLCs, an SLP, and an OT.
Children and families are not a segment of your caseload here. They are the whole thing.

You work inside a real multidisciplinary team that shares charts, cross-refers, and solves complex cases together.
You focus on clinical work. Scheduling, billing, and intake are all handled.
The role
Pediatric physiotherapy assessment and treatment for infants, children, and teens at our King Street West clinic. Shared treatment plans with our team. Monthly case consultations. Jane App for charting. Optional home visits available.
Compensation: 60/40 split (you keep 60%). Part-time, flexible. You control your schedule.
You are the right fit if:
Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Experienced with children and genuinely excited about pediatric work, not just open to it. Warm and non-judgmental with families who have often been dismissed elsewhere. Want to be part of a team.
Bonus experience: developmental delays, torticollis, plagiocephaly, infant motor development, birth trauma, post-tongue-tie release.
