Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide family-practice-style care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, ordering and interpreting investigations, preventive care, chronic disease management, patient education, and referrals. The NP works as part of the primary care team to service clients. The Nurse Practitioner will work both independently and collaboratively with physicians and clinic staff to provide timely, high-quality, patient-centred care.
Qualifications
- Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Current professional liability protection.
- Experience in primary care preferred but not required.
Pay: $50.00-$75.00 per hour
