Sales Associate – Battery World Vancouver
Position: Sales Associate

Battery World Vancouver is looking for a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team on a full-time, in-person basis.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working with customers, handling products, assisting with sales, and completing day-to-day administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, personable, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with in-store sales and product inquiries
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Help customers identify the appropriate battery and related products for their needs
- Process sales and assist with general store operations
- Handle and move batteries and other products safely
- Conduct customer visits and provide on-site service and sales support
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide knowledgeable product assistance
- Use Microsoft Office for basic administrative and sales-related tasks
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional sales environment
- Work independently while managing daily tasks and priorities
- Perform other duties related to store operations and customer service as required
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Valid status to work in Canada
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to read and write English at an acceptable working level
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office independently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable visiting customer locations and working on-site
- Previous sales, retail, automotive, battery, or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
