Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Greenhouse Worker to join our horticultural team. This role involves maintaining and caring for plants within a greenhouse environment, ensuring optimal growth conditions, and supporting the overall health of our plant collections. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening and horticulture, along with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- pruning, and transplanting of various horticultural species
- Maintain greenhouse cleanliness and organization
- Use hand tools and mechanical equipment to support plant care activities
- Monitor plant health and identify signs of pests or disease
- Harvesting cucumbers
Qualifications
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward plant care
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform manual labor throughout the workday
