Duties
- Provide patient care services, including medication counseling and education on proper medication administration.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of medication therapies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements regarding medication management.
Experience
- A B.Sc. Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution is required.
- Active pharmacist license in BC..
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
