Job Summary
We are a small and established cleaning company based on the North Shore, currently seeking an experienced cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience with cleaning or in the hospitality industry, have great time management skills, is personable and professional, works well in a small team, and is available full time.
Our clients are primarily located throughout North and West Vancouver, so please be conscious of your commute prior to applying if you currently live outside of the North Shore.
Duties
- Our motto is to treat our client's homes as if they were our own, always going above and beyond to keep our standards high and provide a great service.
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, and cleaning windows and surfaces.
- Laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
- Maintain cleanliness of all areas according to client specifications and company standards.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and maintained properly.
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, respectful, and professional at all times.
Skills
- Experience in residential cleaning or related hospitality services preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to perform light cooking or meal prep as needed for client requests.
- Competence in laundry management and household chores.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- A valid class 5 drivers license is an asset, but not required.
This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about creating clean and comfortable living spaces for clients.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
