Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Call Taker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring accurate data entry related to taxi call operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of phone systems, enabling them to effectively assist customers and coordinate with various departments.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding pick up, drop off, and other trip information.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues or answer questions related to their trips.
- Collaborate with the dispatch to efficiently work with drivers to make the overall customer experience top-notch.
Experience
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with the North Vancouver area and addresses is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
