New Development Sales Representative
Reports To: Director, Sales
Summary:
RAD, one of the preeminent development sales and marketing firms in the GTA, is seeking ambitious, highly motivated Sales Representative(s) to help drive sales of our pre-construction and standing inventory suites across multiple residential communities. This is an exciting opportunity to join one the leading firms in sales and marketing and learn from the best in the industry.
The ideal candidate is driven, professional, customer‑focused, and passionate about new‑home sales and resale. You will work closely with our sales and marketing team, gaining exposure to high‑profile developments and benefiting from hands‑on coaching, mentorship, and strong organizational support.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and lead follow-up
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing agents & clients
- Exceed sales targets and KPI requirements
- Stay-up-to date on competition and market trends
- Work in a sales office environment at times required and reporting to the Director of Sales
- Collaborate with Administration and Marketing departments
- Flexibility to shift gears in a fast-past environment and ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Have an understanding of agreements of purchase and sale and sales process of pre-construction developments
- Have great attention to detail, and follow up skills via phone
- Strong closing skills a must
- Provides exceptional buyer experiences to existing and potential buyers
- Computer savvy with experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, etc.
- Experience with CRM or other related database management systems
- Working weekends are required
- Work well in a team environment
Qualifications & Competencies:
- University degree or college diploma
- Licensed Realtor, through RECO, in good standing
- 2+ years of real estate sales experience with preference to experience selling pre construction developments and in resale.
- Must be self- Motivated and results driven
- Have excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools
- Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Conflict resolution skills
- Strong communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
- Strong relationships with the broker community a plus
- Possess a sense of urgency, accountability and job ownership
- Strong planning, researching and organizing skills, with strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Strong interpersonal skills
Remuneration:
Compensation package consists of competitive base pay and commission earned on units sold.
