Job Summary
We are seeking friendly, dedicated, and professional individuals to join our team in multiple roles including Server, Host, Hostess, Bartender, and Cleaner. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional guest services in a lively hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided to the right candidates. This role involves working in a fast-paced setting where excellent communication and service skills are essential.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements as a Host or Hostess
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of guest service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages as a Bartender, ensuring responsible alcohol service
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, restrooms, and common spaces as a Cleaner
- Provide attentive customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and clear communication skills
- Ensure proper food handling, safety protocols, and adherence to health standards
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and general maintenance of the establishment
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant or food service environments is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong guest service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette for engaging with guests effectively
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment demonstrating adaptability and teamwork
- Hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required
