Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and flexable Evening and Weekend Cook to join our team. This role involves preparing and serving delicious meals in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, excellent food handling skills, and experience in food service or restaurant settings. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
- Serve food efficiently and courteously to guests or customers
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle food safely, ensuring proper storage, temperature control, and sanitation practices
- Support meal presentation to ensure appealing plating and portioning
- Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and kitchen operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
Skills
- Proven experience in serving, cooking, or food preparation within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards
- Ability to prepare meals efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer service
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and basic cooking techniques
- Ability to work evenings and weekends reliably in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
