Job Summary
Sarkars Interiors Inc. is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Post-Sales, Lead Coordinator & Telecaller to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming leads, coordinating customer communications, supporting post-sales activities, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to project completion.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Coordination
- Manage and respond to leads received through the website, social media, phone calls, and referrals.
- Contact prospective clients and schedule appointments for the sales.
- Maintain and update lead information in HubSpot CRM.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Track lead status and prepare lead reports for management.
Telecalling
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, and pending inquiries.
- Generate appointments and business opportunities for the sales team.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients.
- Conduct customer feedback and satisfaction calls.
Post-Sales Support
- Coordinate with customers after order confirmation.
- Follow up on project progress, deliveries, installations, and service requests.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal departments for resolution.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Administrative Support
- Maintain customer records and documentation.
- Assist with invoice preparation and payment follow-ups.
- Monitor outstanding payments and provide regular updates to management.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate sales and customer data.
- Support the sales and project management teams with administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is an asset.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, sales coordination, or administration.
- Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar CRM software is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
