We are a busy, customer-focused automotive service center committed to quality workmanship and excellent service. We’re looking for a motivated and friendly Automotive Service Advisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance
- Communicate between customers and technicians
- Schedule service appointments and manage workflow
- Keep customers informed about repair status and timelines
- Upsell services and maintenance when appropriate
- Handle invoices, payments, and customer follow-ups
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic automotive knowledge (repairs, maintenance, diagnostics)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Computer skills (service management software is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license
