We are currently looking for a Full-Time Front End Customer Service / Cashier Associate to join our fast-paced and customer-focused team. This position is primarily focused on our Customer Service / Returns Desk, helping customers with returns, exchanges, online pickups, and general front-end support.

What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with returns, exchanges, warranties, and inquiries
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle online order pickups and customer service requests
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during busy periods
- Support cashiers and front-end operations as needed
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming customer service area
- Work closely with department teams to resolve customer concerns
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service or returns desk experience preferred
- Previous retail cashier experience considered an asset
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm and professional in fast-paced situations
- Comfortable using computers and POS systems
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
