We are currently seeking a Senior Account Executive with strong experience in ERP sales, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, to support our growth in Ontario and across Canada. This role is designed for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in complex, consultative sales cycles and who can act as a trusted advisor to organizations undergoing digital transformation.
The position is fully remote, based in Ontario (preferably the Greater Toronto Area) and primarily serves an English-speaking client base. French is considered a strong asset, enabling effective collaboration with our Montreal-based headquarters.
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities through active prospecting (outbound)

Qualifying and managing marketing-generated leads (inbound)

Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of SMB and mid-market ERP opportunities

Understanding client business challenges and recommending appropriate solutions using a consultative sales approach

Leading complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers

Presenting and demonstrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related solutions

Preparing, drafting, and presenting detailed business proposals

Negotiating contract terms and successfully closing deals

Achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets and revenue goals

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records to support reliable sales forecasting

Acting as the primary point of contact for all sales-related activities within your territory

Developing strong relationships with clients and partners through networking and industry events

Collaborating closely with internal teams (marketing, pre-sales, and delivery) to ensure customer success
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a motivated, results-driven professional who enjoys challenges and creating value for clients. The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or has equivalent relevant work experience.

7-10 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in ERP or enterprise software solutions.

Solid understanding of business processes across industries such as manufacturing, distribution, finance, and professional services.

Ability to manage complex, consultative sales cycles.

Working knowledge of French (a strong asset).

Proficiency with M365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & CRM).
