Job Overview:
Quality Inn & Suites Niagara Falls is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Full-Time Night Auditor to join our Front Desk team. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth overnight hotel operations, delivering excellent guest service, and completing daily night audit procedures with accuracy.
The ideal candidate is independent, professional, and comfortable working overnight in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform guest check-in and check-out in a professional manner
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues during overnight shifts
- Complete night audit procedures and balance daily transactions
- Prepare end-of-day reports and assist with hotel reporting
- Support front desk operations including reservations and phone inquiries
- Ensure safety, security, and smooth operation of the property overnight
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years previous hotel front desk or night audit experience required
- Experience with Choice Advantage software preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Availability for full-time night shifts, weekends, and holidays
