Forco Equipment Mechanical Services inc. is a Palfinger Service, Sales, and Parts dealer for Alberta and Heavy-Duty Repair Shop.
We are looking for a Parts Manager / Red Seal Parts Technician.
We do a lot of off-road equipment, light and heavy-duty trucks as well Palfinger through FRF Hydraulics warranty work, and Wacker Neuson.
We have a good team with an easy-going attitude in our shop.
All resumes will be considered. Individuals with a Drivers License required.
Duties include:
- Ordering parts needed to repair and maintain machines through our software program Fullbay.
- Control and manage parts inventories.
- Source and order specialty parts for costumers and jobs.
- Maintain a clean and tidy personal work area.
- Maintain daily record of all work tasks and materials.
- Find ways to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and streamline work processes.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Capable of preparing and maintaining accurate records and reports in Fullbay
- Ability to understand industry jargon and technical language
- A motivated and punctual self-starter
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills with a strong attention to detail
- Must be professional dealing with customers in person and over the phone
