Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demos and explain features to enhance customer understanding and interest
- Upsell complementary products to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Operate POS systems efficiently for cash handling, transactions, and returns
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring product availability
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening, problem-solving, and personalized recommendations
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers during busy periods
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products and store policies
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in technology or electronics sectors
- Bilingual skills (English and additional languages) are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math for transactions
- Experience in product demos or technical sales is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and stock levels effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
