This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional treatments, building strong client relationships, and creating a calm, welcoming experience for every guest.
What You’ll Do
- Provide professional, high-quality spa treatments tailored to each client’s needs
- Perform relaxation and deep-tissue massage, facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures with confidence and proper technique
- Provide treatments to both male and female clients
- Consult with clients before treatments to understand their needs, concerns, and preferences
- Recommend appropriate services, treatment plans, skincare products, and home-care options
- Maintain accurate client notes and treatment records
- Prepare, clean, and reset treatment rooms according to our clinical cleanliness standards
- Follow all spa protocols, sanitation procedures, and professional boundaries
- Help create a calm, seamless, and elevated experience from arrival through departure
- Work collaboratively with the spa team to support client care and daily operations
- Participate in ongoing training, education, and team development
What We’re Looking For
- Professional training or certification in massage, esthetics, or spa therapy
- Experience performing massage
- Comfortable treating both male and female clients
- A warm, confident, and professional approach to client care
- Strong communication and consultation skills
- A high standard for cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage a busy treatment schedule
- A genuine interest in wellness, skincare, and helping clients feel their best
- Previous spa, salon, wellness, or hospitality experience is an asset
