Job Summary
Rotech is looking for an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong fabrication and welding skills, be able to read blueprints, and fabricate components to precise specifications. This role involves fabrication, machining, mechanical assembly, finishing, and material handling.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Fabricate and align baseplates according to specifications.
- Perform MIG welding and metal fabrication.
- Drill and tap holes.
- Complete mechanical assembly and alignment reports.
- Operate milling machines to machine and face blocks.
- Use hand and power tools safely.
- Paint completed assemblies and prepare them for shipping.
- Operate a forklift to move materials and finished products.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience with MIG welding and metal fabrication.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Pay: $25.00-$26.00 per hour
