We're Hiring: Looking for a Skilled Brick Mould Assembler for a window and door manufacturing company to join the production team.
This is a hands-on manufacturing role for someone who has excellent attention to detail, takes pride in their workmanship, and can consistently produce accurate, high-quality brick mould assemblies.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble brick mould components for window and door products according to specifications.
- Accurately measure, cut, assemble and finish brick mould.
- Read and follow production drawings, measurements and work instructions.
- Ensure assemblies are square, accurate and properly finished.
- Use hand tools, power tools and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished assemblies for quality, dimensions and workmanship.
- Identify and correct defects before products move to the next stage of production.
- Maintain consistent production quality and meet daily production targets.
- Keep tools, equipment and work areas clean and organized.
- Follow company health and safety procedures.
- Work closely with other members of the production team to maintain an efficient workflow.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in brick mould assembly or a similar manufacturing/woodworking role.
- Skilled with measuring, cutting and assembling materials.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Able to read measurements and follow detailed instructions.
- Extremely detail-oriented and quality-focused.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to consistent attendance.
- Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Able to work independently while also contributing to a team.
Experience That Will Stand Out

Direct brick mould experience is an asset, but we are also interested in skilled candidates from related trades who have strong measuring, cutting and assembly skills.
