Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic, engaging, and knowledgeable individuals to join our team as Step-On Guides for the summer season. If you love storytelling, have a passion for history and culture, and excel in customer service, this is the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead fun, informative, and engaging Vancouver tours by trolleys and on foot
- Host guests, creating memorable fun experiences
- Share interesting facts, local history, and insights about Vancouver
- Ensure guest safety and comfort throughout the experience
- Collaborate with drivers and team members to maintain smooth tour operations
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for Vancouver’s history, culture, and tourism scene
- Comfort with public speaking and storytelling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Prior guiding or customer service experience is an asset
