CBTS Inc. provides exceptional bookkeeping and advisory services to a range of clients. We develop systems using the latest technology allowing our clients and their businesses to prosper. How do we do that? By working as a team, utilizing systems and processes, and creating uniformity and culture where we all grow together. We are looking for a junior bookkeeper who is available to work 2-3 days a week from their home with the possibility of increasing to full time as the work becomes available.
We are an advisory firm, so accuracy and attention to detail in our bookkeeper's work is critical to the success of the strategies created for our clients.
What we are looking for is someone who at minimum:
- Lives within Canada and is legally entitled to work in the country
- Has some bookkeeping experience using QBO, or is eager to build on foundational knowledge
- Is working toward or interested in pursuing a CPB (IPBC) designation
- Has a passion for attention to detail
- Has a proven ability to problem solve
- Has a strong desire to be part of an online team environment where we work together to deliver excellence to our clients
- Is not afraid of being tested for skills
- Has a fairly new home computer with an internet connection. Dual monitors are recommended.
- You will be required to complete our training program once accepted and expected to strictly follow our systems and processes.
