Our client is seeking someone to join their team on a temporary basis starting MONDAY July 6th for 3 months. This is a full-time position Monday to Friday and there is free parking onsite. Must have solid PC skills, demonstrated client service skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations, financial management, and maintenance
- Supervise maintenance contractors, ensuring quality workmanship and member satisfaction
- Support and develop office and maintenance staff, fostering teamwork and accountability
- Work collaboratively with the Board of Directors and committees to ensure effective governance and member engagement
- Assist with managing budgets, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with financial, legal, and safety regulations
- Supports efforts to obtain funding by assisting in the preparation of subsidy grants and project proposals.
- Assists in coordinating meetings with members, taking minutes of meetings and following up on matters.
- Assists committees in the appropriate expenditure of funds by providing administration and supervision.
- Delivery and planning of programs by providing advisory assistance, services planning, and program administration.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for members and staff
- Utilize property management software (NewViews), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace effectively
Pay: $23.00 per hour
