Position Overview
The Dining Room Manager is responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service, and upholding the high standards of Chairman’s Steakhouse. A strong emphasis is placed on wine knowledge, guest relations, leadership, and the ability to drive an exceptional hospitality culture.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest experiences

Manage daily dining room operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality service

Provide expert guidance on wine selections and maintain a strong presence in the dining room

Collaborate with the sommelier or beverage team to enhance staff wine training and maintain wine service excellence

Assist in menu development discussions, especially as they relate to wine pairings

Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally

Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards

Support special events, private dining, and promotional initiatives
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a high-end dining environment

Strong wine knowledge is essential
