Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bakery Supervisor to oversee daily bakery operations, ensure product quality, and lead our baking team. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily bakery operations, including baking, food preparation, and packaging processes.
- Oversee the production of baked goods such as cakes, pastries, bread, and other confections, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain stock.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures at all times.
- Lead and motivate bakery staff, providing training on cake decorating, food handling, and safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bakery area in accordance with health standards.
- Assist with cake decorating and food presentation to meet customer specifications.
- Coordinate with the management team to plan production schedules and meet customer demands.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
Skills
- Proven experience in baking, food preparation, and kitchen operations within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of cake decorating techniques and food presentation skills.
- Experience in restaurant or bakery environments is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Leadership qualities with experience supervising or training staff members.
- Familiarity with packaging processes for baked goods is a plus.

Pay: $34.62-$35.62 per hour
