We are currently seeking a 3rd or 4th Year Electrician Apprentice to join our dynamic team and help us continue serving our community with distinction.
Position Overview:
As a Electrician Apprentice, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing electrical systems in industrial settings. We’re looking for a motivated and skilled individual who, has their own tools, vehicle, and safety gear, and is dedicated to high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in industrial settings.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform diagnostic tests.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements:
- Not currently indentured.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Basic electrical tools required for the job.
- Basic safety gear (e.g., boots, coveralls, stripes); safety glasses and gloves provided.
- Canadian citizenship or a valid Canadian working visa.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and safety practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: $31.50-$36.00 per hour
