THE OPPORTUNITY
We are growing and looking for a Sales Manager who knows how to earn trust, qualify the right opportunities, and close competitive international moving business with professionalism and care. This role will work from our comfortable offices in Mississauga, Ontario.
A DAY IN THIS ROLE
You will turn relocation inquiries into trusted relationships: understanding the customer’s move, explaining options clearly, following up with purpose, and coordinating with the team so clients feel supported from first conversation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Guide prospective clients through international household goods moving options and position Armstrong’s partner network with confidence.
- Validate inbound leads, ask smart discovery questions, and maintain timely follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
- Build relationships with new prospective clients and close deals through respectful, consistent communication.
- Conduct surveys and pricing estimates, then accurately maintain customer details and updates in the CRM.
- Help deliver an exceptional end-to-end relocation experience for every client.
- Other related duties as required.
WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT
- Proven sales success; moving or relocation industry experience is highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent English required; additional languages are an asset.
- Comfortable using CRM/database systems and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and related tools.
- Customer-centric, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence and clean driver’s abstract for local travel.
