We are a bakery that creates special moments for our customers through high-quality pastries, danishes, tarts, mousse cakes, and more.
We are currently preparing to open a new location and are hiring additional team members.
Start Date:
To be discussed after hiring, expected after June.
Wage:
$18–$23 per hour
Working Hours:
8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Weekend availability can be discussed.
Regular working hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Occasional overtime may be required.
The position is 5 days per week, with either two consecutive weekdays off or one weekend day and one weekday off.
< Qualifications >
Experience or education:
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a related field or graduates of a related program.
Physical ability:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs / approximately 25 kg and be able to stand, walk, bend, squat, and move throughout an 8-hour shift.
Basic English communication:
Fluency is not required, but candidates must be able to communicate in English at a basic work-related level.
Technical skills:
Ability to use an electric convection oven and a commercial spiral mixer.

Product Production
Prepare a variety of products such as tarts, pies, cookies, and maintain product quality.
Fold and shape danishes, croissants, and other pastries.
Prepare mousse cakes, sponge cakes, various fillings, and curds.
Efficient Teamwork
Communicate smoothly with team members and other departments to keep work organized and efficient.
Inventory Management
Report ingredient usage and shortages to support smooth production.
