Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assist in food prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Cook menu items with precision, following established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in accordance with food safety regulations
- Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices
- Support the serving staff by ensuring timely delivery of quality dishes
- Assist in inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supply needs
- Follow all safety procedures to uphold a safe and efficient kitchen environment
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key!
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a high-energy setting
