Warehouse / Order Fulfillment Associate

Popeye's Supplements Chilliwack is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to run the shipping and fulfillment side of our growing online business. This is a behind-the-scenes warehouse role — there is no customer service or sales component. If you take pride in accuracy, keeping things organized, and getting orders out the door on time, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Monitor our online store for incoming orders throughout the day.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ship completed orders through Canada Post.
- Write and include personalized thank-you cards with orders.
- Maintain and restock shipping materials (boxes, mailers, labels, tape, etc.).
- Assist with receiving incoming shipments and stocking product.
- Assist with regular cycle counts to keep inventory accurate.
- Communicate with other store locations to organize product transfers when possible.
- Coordinate with the Regional Manager and Director of Operations to arrange transfers into the store and order additional shipping supplies.
Schedule & Pay
- Minimum 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
- Hours increase as online order volume grows.
- Weekend shifts may be added during sale periods to keep up with order volume.
- $18.25 per hour (current BC minimum wage).
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Well-organized and able to manage your own workflow.
- Comfortable on your feet, lifting and moving boxes and product.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Basic computer comfort for monitoring the website and processing orders.
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience is an asset but not required.
Please Note
This is strictly a warehouse / fulfillment position located in the back of our Chilliwack store. It does not involve serving customers, sales, or working the retail floor.
