Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Part-time Sales Associate to join our retail team. This role involves engaging with customers, providing excellent service, and supporting sales through various channels. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Operate POS systems for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain merchandising displays to ensure products are well-organized and appealing
- Manage customer inquiries both in-store and via digital channels, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as required
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of retail sales, merchandising, and cashiering operations
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales processes is advantageous
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well within a team and independently as needed
- Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with diverse customers and provide exceptional service
Pay: From $18.25 per hour
