Wage Rate: $22-$23 per hour

We're hiring a self-motivated and experienced Full-Time Territory Merchandiser to support retail execution and excellence across the West GTA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Visits: Drive to multiple grocery, drug, or big-box retail stores daily within an assigned geographic territory.
- Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with store owners, department managers, and staff to pitch new products and secure extra shelf space.
- Merchandising: Ensure products are fully stocked, correctly priced, and displayed according to brand planograms.
- Sales Execution: Pitch and sell incremental displays, seasonal programs, and promotional inventory directly to store decision-makers.
- Data Collection: Track competitor activity, and promotional compliance using mobile field software.
- Audit & Compliance: Fix out-of-stock items, manage expired or damaged product returns, and ensure promotional signage is visible
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Education: High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or field merchandising (CPG experience is a major asset).
- Travel: A valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record are mandatory for daily territory travel.
- Physical Ability: Capability to lift up to 35–50 lbs regularly, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods while stocking shelves.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency using smartphones, tablets, and CRM
