Job Overview
Redchillies Flavours of India is looking for a skilled and passionate Indian Curry Cook and Tandoor cook Positions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience preparing authentic curries and supporting catering operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian curries and tandoori dishes (North & South Indian styles preferred)
- Handle tandoor operations (naan, roti, kebabs, etc.)
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food
- Assist in catering order preparations and bulk cooking
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock preparation
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Indian curry or tandoori cook
- Strong knowledge of Indian spices, gravies, and cooking techniques
- Experience with Kerala-style cooking is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexible availability (weekends and evenings required)
