Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front of House Support team member to enhance our guest experience and support of existing fantastic team members. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting with food and beverage service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Ideal candidates will have a background in food service, hospitality, or restaurant operations, with strong communication skills and a passion for guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
- Manage reservation system & answer the phone
- Expedite food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality standards & menu knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations
- Ensure food safety standards are adhered to at all times
- Provide guest services including answering questions and addressing concerns
- Restock supplies and ensure the front of house is organized and presentable
Skills
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures
- Experience with POS systems such as Squirrel POS or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $16.40 per hour
