Job Summary
Signature Precision Fabrication Ltd. is seeking a Machine Operator to support fabrication and production activities within our facility. This role is responsible for operating a variety of machinery to produce high-quality metallic and non-metallic parts. Additional equipment may include industrial saws, punch presses, and robotic cells.
The Machine Operator plays a hands-on role in maintaining safe, efficient, and productive operations, while also supporting general production activities such as assembly, packaging, and material handling as needed.
Key Responsibilities
· Operate CNC Machines, Punch Presses, Industrial Saws and other production equipment safely and efficiently
· Follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications
· Support assembly, packing, material handling, and production flow
· Perform quality checks and report defects or issues promptly
· Complete production, inspection, and work order documentation accurately
· Track scrap, rework, downtime, and machine-related issues
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
· Follow PPE and safety requirements, and report hazards or near misses
· Participate in shift handovers and support smooth transitions
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required
·2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments required
· 2-3 years of Machine Operator experience required
· Ability to read instructions, drawings, and perform basic measurements considered an asset

Working Conditions
· Standing for extended periods
· Repetitive tasks and manual handling
· Lifting materials (35 lbs or more)
· Rotating shifts (days and afternoons)
o Day shift: 6:45am-3:00pm
o Afternoon shift: 2:45pm-11:00pm
· Exposure to a manufacturing environment (noise, machinery, moving equipment)
