Stallion powers shipping for thousands of Canadian eCommerce businesses, helping them reach customers across Canada, the U.S., and internationally. Behind every label is a complex system: carrier integrations, customs workflows, warehouse automation, tracking infrastructure, payments, and logistics operations.
That's what we build, and we're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to help further design, build, and scale it.
What You'll Do
You'll own real systems that directly affect businesses, warehouse teams, and millions of shipments, not ads, engagement metrics, or low-impact tweaks. That may include:
- Carrier integrations (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, Purolator, and more)
- Marketplace integrations (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and more)
- Rate shopping, label generation, returns, tracking, and customer notifications
- Customs, cross-border workflows, and compliance
- Payments, fees, and billing flows
- Warehouse scanning, automation, and package processing tools
- Internal tools used by operations, support, finance, and logistics teams
- UI/UX improvements across web and mobile applications
- Public APIs and customer-facing applications
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years building and shipping production software
- Strong PHP and Laravel experience
- Experience with Vue, React, Angular, or another modern JS framework
- Solid SQL and relational database experience
- Experience designing, building, and consuming REST APIs
- Experience integrating with third-party systems
- Strong debugging skills, especially in production environments
- Ability to own features and systems from concept through deployment
Nice to Have: Vue 3, TypeScript, Node.js, AWS, Docker, serverless architectures, mobile development, logistics or e-commerce background, AI-assisted dev tools
