Job Summary
We are a high-volume Vancouver real estate operation looking for a motivated, coachable, and organized individual to join our growing team. You will be the engine behind our sales pipeline, calling leads, booking appointments, and keeping operations running smoothly so our lead agent can focus on closing deals. This role is perfect for someone hungry to break into real estate sales, earn performance-based income, and grow fast in a results-driven environment.
Duties
- Lead Outreach & Appointment Setting: Call prospective buyers and sellers from our existing database of 3,000+ leads using a proven script and conversion system. Qualify leads and book appointments directly into the calendar for the lead agent.
- CRM Management (Follow Up Boss): Maintain and organize our Follow Up Boss pipeline. Tag and segment leads by priority (Hot, Warm, Cold), log all call outcomes, and ensure every lead has a next step assigned.
- Client Follow-Up & Nurture Communications: Send personalized follow-up texts and emails to warm and cold leads using pre-approved templates. Escalate hot replies to the lead agent immediately for same-day response.
- Administrative & Transaction Support: Assist with preparing buyer and seller packages, coordinating property showings, scheduling client meetings, and organizing transaction documents during active deals.
- Marketing & Social Media Support: Help create and schedule social media content on Instagram and Facebook. Support the preparation of listing materials, market updates, and weekly lead nurture campaigns.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track daily call activity, appointment bookings, and lead response rates. Compile a brief weekly performance report to support team decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in both English and Farsi, required. You will be working with a large Persian-speaking client base in Vancouver.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and following a structured script. This is a phone-first role.
- Coachable and willing to follow a proven system exactly as trained. No need to reinvent the wheel.
- Organized and detail-oriented , able to manage CRM updates, scheduling, and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Suite, or real estate platforms is an asset.
- Real estate background or licensed agent experience is a plus but not required.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a hunger to earn performance-based income.
