The Sales team is growing, and we are seeking a driven, field-based Recurring Revenue Growth Representative to join the team.
Location: Oakville, field-based in and around the GTA
Role Type: Hybrid, the office is relaxed with a friendly team dynamic
Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission

- Meet face-to-face with existing clients and prospects to understand their information security and operational needs
- Proactively grow recurring revenue through client expansion and targeted business development
- Follow up on targeted outbound campaigns to create meetings, proposals, and new business opportunities
- Help organizations improve privacy, records management, and secure information destruction practices
- Guide clients with a professional, consultative sales approach
- Build credibility in local business communities through consistent and purposeful field presence
- Manage your assigned territory strategically to maximize recurring revenue growth

- Solid experience with discovery, objection-handling, and consultative selling
- Professional communication skills and strong executive presence
- Evidence of a proactive, competitive mindset with resilience and persistence
- Strong organizational skills and disciplined time management
- Comfort using CRM systems and sales tools to manage notes, pipeline, and next steps
