Job Title: Salesforce Data Analyst / Business Analyst
Job Location : Mississauga, Ontario , Canada
Role Summary
We are looking for a Salesforce Data Analyst to validate migrated data for completeness and accuracy across core business objects This role ensures highquality data availability by applying reconciliation techniques and querybased checks supporting seamless Salesforce adoption
Key Responsibilities
Validate migrated Salesforce data for completeness and accuracy across Assets WarrantiesEntitlements Cases and Sales Core
Perform reconciliation and querybased checks to ensure data integrity
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define validation rules and acceptance criteria
Document validation processes findings and corrective actions for audit and compliance purposes
Support dry runs mock migrations and cutover activities by providing detailed validation reports
Identify data quality issues and recommend remediation strategies
Developing tools and processes to monitor data quality and integrity
Keeping up to date with the latest Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvement
Primary Skills
Strong expertise in Salesforce data structures Assets Entitlements Cases Opportunities Accounts
Handson experience with SQL SOQL queries for data validation and reconciliation
Knowledge of data migration processes and ETL tools
Ability to design and execute data validation frameworks
Secondary Skills
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Strong communication and documentation abilities
Experience working in AgileWaterfall project environments
Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field
5-9 years of experience in data analysis with at least 23 years in Salesforce projects
Proficiency in SQL SOQL and data reconciliation techniques
Salesforce certifications Administrator Business Analyst or Data Architect preferred
Experience in enterprisescale data migration and validation projects

Benefits
Compensation range: $92,000.00 to $107,000.00 per year
