Context:
We are looking for a CDE/Analytics Coordinator to join our project team.
Missions/Main Duties:
- Configure and maintain project CDE environments within Autodesk Forma, including folder structures, metadata, permissions, workflows, issues and review processes, in line with IDD and ISO 19650 standards
- Support and implement automation workflows using tools such as Power Automate and approved integration platforms to reduce manual data handling and improve data consistency
- Assist with API‑based integrations between ACC, SharePoint, GIS and analytics platforms, supporting data extraction, synchronization and system connectivity under the direction of the CDE Manager or Analytics Lead
- Configure, maintain and support digital forms (Formstack, Microsoft Forms or project‑approved alternatives) used for onboarding, field data capture and process tracking, ensuring outputs align with CDE and reporting requirement
- Support development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards, ensuring data sources are reliable, refreshed correctly and aligned with project and IDD reporting standards
- Perform CDE audits and quality checks on folder structures, metadata, approvals and compliance, supporting reporting and corrective actions
- Provide day‑to‑day CDE support to project teams, including troubleshooting access issues, workflow queries, and onboarding users to CDE, forms and dashboard
Profile/Skills:
- Approx 5 years experience in a similar role
